Job Description :
- Responsible for implementing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions for Flex's suppliers in Americas, Europe and Asia.
- Coordinates testing with suppliers and internal Flextronics teams for EDI verification and implementation;
- Report progress to management on a weekly basis;
- Escaletes all incidents regarding EDI tranzactions implementations;
- Provides technical support to the teams involved in supplier on boarding process;
- Advises management about the best methods, solutions and technologies;
- Endorses and complies with all legal regulations, specific internal Flextronics instructions and their implementation measures in the field of security, health and safety;
- Complies with security and emergency procedures regulations;
- Complies with the Internal Regulations and work procedures related to the job;
- Complies with Flextronics practices and policies;

Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in English;
- Good communication skills:
- Basic ERP Knowledge in Sales, Distribution and Accounts Payable modules;
- Business process knowledge related to Purchase and Finance ;
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures or documents;
- Ability to develop reports and procedure manuals;
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS office.
