Skill Required :
- Good Knowledge in Epsilon editor
- Oxygen XML Editor
- Knowledge in XML, HTML, CSS and experience in e-pub conversion
- Knowledge in analyzing DTD
- Computer literate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT)
- Good communication skills; especially written and listening
- Attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and plan ahead
- Ability to follow directions, think clearly and react sensibly under pressure
- Good organizational skills and record keeping
- Work well individually and as a team member
- Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload
- Knowledge in EPub3 is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- One year bond applicable as per the policy
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify elements and perform XML tagging
- Resolve error instances from internal/customer feedback
- Contact other functions for Query and follow through to resolution
- Allocation of volumes to vendor and follow up with the schedule.
- Performing quality check and able to rectify the error, if necessary.
- Updating the error log report
- Maintain and update daily tracker
- Perform other tasks as identified by the Reporting Manager when there is a need
