• Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )

• 5 days/week ( 2 Week Offs )
