1. Deputy General Manager (Human Resources & Employee Services) (E-6)


The incumbent will have an overall responsibility for handling Human Resourcess and Employees Services with Corporate HR and Industrial Relations functions of various units and subsidiaries. Qualification & Experience :

The job will also involve monitoring/management of inventories of the mills. Exposure to codification and computerization of stores would be an added advantage.

The prospective incumbent should be a Engineering Degree (full-time) preferably in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Electronics/Production with two year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management with at least 12 year (for Sr. Manager) and 10 years (for Manager) post-qualification experience, of which 5 years in a senior position in a Public Sector/ Government Undertaking or a large organization of repute. The incumbent should have a sound knowledge of in exposure to modern concepts of purchase in Supply Chain Management, Stores, Inventory Control, Import Procedures, Transportation, etendering/e-bidding. ABOUT TEST :

Part-I will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions of finance. Part-II will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions on Executive Aptitude Test. 1/4th mark will be deducted for each 
wrong / multiple answered questions. The test will be of two hour duration.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE :

Candidate has to approach the nearby SBI branch with a printout of the “pay-in-slip” which is available on the application registration portal. The pay-in-slip printed from the portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated account. On receipt of the money the bank will issue a unique Journal Number and a Branch Code of the bank collecting the money. This journal number and the branch code are to be filled up by the candidate during online registration. NTPC will not be responsible, in case a candidate deposits the fee in wrong account. There will not be any other mode of payment of registration amount. 
  4. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the registration fee. 
  5. While applying Online, candidate should keep the scanned copy of their passport size colour photograph and their signature in JPEG format of not more than 500 KB size each.

An Application Developer will design Applications, write Code, test, debug and maintain Software Applications. We are looking for exceptional candidates who are enterprising, have good interpersonal skills, have the ability to operate in large teams that work closely with Clients. They must also have sound Time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and deliver on time. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion to learn and apply technical prowess to solve Client problems are a must.
